Welcome to Care More Cleaning. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Service Agreement

Experience top-quality cleaning tailored to your needs. From homes to businesses, we ensure spotless, fresh, and welcoming environments with expert care.

Payments

Payment is due at the time of service. Late payments beyond seven days will incur a $25 fee. Returned checks will also be subject to a $25 charge.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. A supervisor will be sent to address any concerns. Refunds are not available, but we will ensure the job meets our quality standards.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

Clients may reschedule cleanings with at least 24-hour notice. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours will result in a $50 fee.

Liability

We take great care in handling your belongings, but we are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or wear and tear. Clients must report any issues within 24 hours of service.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Your data is used solely for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
